The College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work 33 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.40am–4pm, on a permanent contract. This term-time role covers 37 weeks with a salary of £17,929.25, based on a £24,654 FTE.
You will support students aged 16–25 with moderate and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, including ASC and SEMH, to enhance education and wellbeing and prepare for adulthood.

The College provides specialist education and support for 200+ young people aged 16-25 with moderate and complex learning difficulties and disabilities.
In addition, we support students within our mainstream provision that have additional learning needs such as ASC, and/or social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Working with students you will form a key part of the range of services to support their education, emotional well-being and preparation for adulthood.
