Job summary

About this Role

LearningSupport Assistant

Salary will be paid according to experienceon AAT Grade C £- £26,956 - £27,765 (pro-rated to £22,325 - £22,995 actual perannum for 35 hours per week: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30am to 3:30 pm, 38 weeks term time plus 1 week).

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticLearning Support Assistant to join our supportive team. The successfulcandidate will work closely with teachers to help students with a range ofneeds, ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.

• Supporting individual students and smallgroups in lessons

• Assisting with learning resources andclassroom activities
• Encouraging independence and confidence instudents

We are looking for someone who is patient,adaptable, and passionate about helping young people succeed. Previousexperience in education or working with children is desirable but not essential- full training will be provided.

This would be an excellent opportunity for agraduate wishing to gain relevant experience or for those considering a careerin teaching.
