Qualifications

• Experience of working in a school setting, ideally with supporting children with Complex Needs, ASC or SEMH.
• Positive, hardworking, and committed member of staff.
• Willingness to make a difference and contribute to the overall ethos, aims and work of the school.

Responsibilities

• Helping pupils achieve the best of themselves, promoting self-esteem and independence.
• Working with the Class Teacher to deliver a curriculum which has been designed to support the needs of an individual child, this could be supporting pupils individually or in groups.
• Promote high standards of behaviour.
