Job summary

Marston Green Infant Academy is seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support our SEND pupils. This role may include small group support, interventions and lunchtime assistance.

You will adapt to individual needs, work with nurture approaches, and contribute to raising standards across the school. The post requires passion for pupils, the ability to respond to diverse needs, and the capability to plan with colleagues while working independently.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent with English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above.

• Is able to challenge and motivate all of our pupils to achieve their very best
• Is enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Is able to work independently and also plan co-operatively with colleagues
• Has exemplary organisational and communication skills
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is essential, together with English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above.
