Summerlea Primary School in West Sussex is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support pupils, assist with learning activities and contribute to an inclusive classroom environment.
Experience in an educational setting or as an LSA is preferred, with potential progression toward HLTA training for the right candidate. The role is permanent and term-time, 28.33 hours per week, with a pro rata salary of £24,796–£25,185 per annum.

Salary: NJC Grade 3, SCP 3-4, £24,796 to £25,185 p.a. pro rata.
Actual starting salary: £15,991.80 p.a.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, positive, dedicated, caring, emotionally intelligent team player to join our friendly, supportive and committed team as a Learning Support Assistant. (LSA). Ideally you are already a LSA with experience of working with children in an educational setting or have other experience in working with children and are looking to progress your career in to education. Additional experience in stepping up and lead learning with the whole class would be something of interest to highlight during the application process.
