Job summary

Eat That Frog is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Paignton to promote equality of opportunity for learners with SEND. You will work under the SENCO and teacher, providing direct practical support in small groups or one-to-one, and help monitor and deliver learners' ILPs and life skills.

The role is term-time only, part-time, with an enhanced DBS check and a 6-month probation period. Salary range £12,652–£13,697 pro rata, on-site in Paignton.

Responsibilities

• Promote equality of opportunity for learners with a diagnosed SEND or disability, supporting their engagement in all programme aspects within ETF.
• Work in small groups or one-to-one to provide direct practical support and assist with ILP and life skills delivery.
• Assist teachers and instructors with monitoring and delivering learners' ILPs and life skills.
• This role requires an enhanced DBS check and includes a 6-month probationary period.
