Job summary

Eat That Frog is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for term-time only in Plymouth to support learners with SEND, in a role that is on-site and part-time. You will work in small groups or one-to-one, assisting teachers with ILPs and life skills, and contributing to an inclusive learning environment.

The role requires an enhanced DBS check and offers a stable, on-site working pattern aligned with school/academic term times. Interviews in August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Promote equality of opportunity for learners with SEND.
• Provide direct practical support in small groups or one-to-one.
• Support teachers with monitoring and delivery of ILPs and life skills.
• Assist with assessments and classroom routines.
