Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred learning support through 1:1 and group interventions.
- Support delivery of Functional Skills, GCSE, vocational, and wider curriculum programmes.
- Promote inclusive practice and remove barriers to participation for SEND learners.
- Deliver tailored support and reasonable adjustments to meet individual learner needs.
- Plan, deliver, monitor, and evaluate learner support interventions and progress against targets.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, support teams, and external agencies to achieve positive learner outcomes.
