Responsibilities

• To work with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff.
• Involved in other usual classroom duties whilst working with pupils as directed by the class teacher.
• Support specific children to access their learning, including 1:1 with target children and intervention groups.
• Role model the school’s values and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Work across the school day as directed by the leadership team.
