Job summary

Hireful is seeking Learning Support Assistants in Weybridge to help learners overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their potential in a dedicated education team.

Based in Weybridge, this permanent role involves 37 hours per week, 37 weeks per year, with part-time considered for the right candidate. You will support learners across curriculum areas, develop English and maths skills, assist during exams, and keep accurate progress records.

Qualifications

• Requires English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
• LSA qualification desirable or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support across curriculum areas (Entry Level to Level 3).
• Help learners develop their English, maths and study skills.

You'll support young people and adults with a variety of additional learning needs, including autism, dyslexia, emotional and behavioural challenges, and physical or sensory impairments. Working closely with learners throughout their studies, you'll play a key role in helping them overcome barriers, build confidence and succeed both academically and personally.

Based in Weybridge, Surrey this role is commutable from Ashford, Staines-upon-Thames, Sunbury-on-Thames, Feltham, Bedfont, Stanwell, Shepperton, Hounslow, Hanworth, Egham and surrounding areas.

Salary: £26,592.45 FTE (Actual Salary: £22,460.39)
