Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in Slough is seeking an Learning Support Assistant for a full academic year from September 2026. The role may involve classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, with opportunities to deliver literacy and maths interventions and support pupils with SEN.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a UK primary school.
• Experience supporting children in either a classroom or SEN setting.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to use initiative; comfortable working across year groups if required.

Full-Time September 2026 - July 2027
Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
95- 100 per day PAYE

A 3-form entry primary school in Slough is looking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant from September 2026 for the full academic year.

The successful candidate will work within either EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on their experience and the needs of the school. The role may involve general classroom support, small-group intervention work, or supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
