Job summary

Locking Primary School in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 SEND support in a primary setting. You will work with pupils needing tailored strategies and small groups to boost learning, applying TEACCH and other personalised approaches.

The role is fixed-term until 31 August 2027 (with extension potential subject to funding), 32.5 hours per week during term time, and involves collaboration with teachers, families and external professionals to help
