Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a primary SEN School in Darwen, Blackburn, seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join their dedicated team.

Your Role:

• Assist in delivering engaging and tailored learning activities.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Encourage independence and build self-confidence.
• Provide one-to-one or group support as needed.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
