Location: Crookhey Hall School, Lancaster, LA2 0HA
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

Crookhey Hall School is a Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) school catering to boys and girls aged 10-17. The school is located on a 15-acre site in the countryside south of Cockerham, near Lancaster. Candidates are encouraged to have a driving license due to the location.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work directly with pupils, helping them maximize their educational potential. You will assist in preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and supporting pupils’ emotional and physical needs to foster personal development and engagement.
This role involves working with pupils with complex SEMH needs, providing rewarding work supported by our experienced teams. Your efforts will have a meaningful impact on their development and future lives.
You should be adaptable, ready to work in various classroom roles both indoors and outdoors, and possess a qualification in English/Maths. Your responsive and caring approach will be vital as you lead activities, supervise outdoor experiences, or support pupils exploring new environments.
