Salary: £19,500 – £22,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates in Psychology, Education, or a related field – as well as individuals with experience in youth work, care, SEN, or classroom support – to gain hands-on experience in a rewarding educational environment.
The Role:
You will support students with additional needs (including SEN, SEMH, or learning difficulties) to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve academic and personal growth. Working closely with the school’s SENCo and teaching staff, you’ll deliver support both in and out of the classroom.
