Engage Education in Sutton is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support mainstream primary pupils with additional needs on a full-time, long-term contract. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, differentiation, and contributing to an inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior SEN experience, a Level 2/3 TA qualification, and a passion for helping children progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
• Patience, adaptability and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

Pay: £95.00
Contract: Full-time & Long-term

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Sutton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.
