Job summary

Engage Education is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Waltham Forest. The role is full-time with a daily rate of £95–£100, supporting pupils with SEN either 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum.

You will assist teachers with differentiated activities, contribute to an inclusive classroom, and support pupils with social and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme. The school has a good Ofsted rating and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

Pay: £95 – £100 per day
Contract: Full Time

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.
