Engage Education Ltd in Mitcham, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a primary setting. The role is full-time and long-term, paying £95.00 per day, with DBS check and ongoing CPD opportunities.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assisting teachers with differentiated activities and interventions, and helping create an inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Mitcham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.
