Job summary

ARK Littleridge Primary in Hastings is seeking two Individual Needs Assistants on a fixed-term basis to 31 July 2027. You will support learning and development of small groups and individuals, primarily in a primary setting, for 15 hours per week during term time (9am to midday).

We value enthusiasm for primary education, good literacy and numeracy, resilience, and an understanding of supporting children's learning.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for working with primary aged children.
• Good literacy and mathematical skills.
• Be hardworking, resilient and adaptable to change.
• Have an understanding and knowledge of supporting children’s learning.
• An understanding of EYFS development is desirable.
