Job summary

Ark Little Ridge Primary Academy in Hastings is seeking two highly motivated Individual Needs Assistants to work 15 hours per week, mornings only (9am–12pm). These fixed-term posts run until 31 July 2027 and involve supporting learning and development in small groups and for individual pupils.

The available pro-rata salary is £9,026.56 per year. Start date is as soon as possible after interview. DBS clearance is required; joining the Ark network brings CPD and discounts.

Qualifications

• good literacy and mathematical skills.

• understanding and knowledge of supporting children’s learning.
• an understanding of EYFS development is desirable.
