ARK Littleridge Primary in Hastings is seeking two Individual Needs Assistants on a fixed-term basis to 31 July 2027. You will support learning and development of small groups and individuals, primarily in a primary setting, for 15 hours per week during term time (9am to midday).
We value enthusiasm for primary education, good literacy and numeracy, resilience, and an understanding of supporting children's learning.
We are seeking to appoint, as early in the new academic year as possible, TWO highly motivated Individual Needs Assistants. These roles will be fixed term positions to 31st July 2027 as they are funding-dependent. They will involve supporting the learning and development of small groups and individual pupils. Salary Scale: Ark Support (outside London) Point 4; Full time salary £25,185 per annum.
Actual salary: £9,026.56 per annum, gross.
