Job summary

Ark Little Ridge Primary Academy is seeking two Individual Needs Assistants to support learning and development of small groups and individual pupils. Roles are fixed-term until 31 July 2027, 15 hours per week during term time (9am–12pm, Mon–Fri).

Start date ASAP after interview. Salary: Ark Support scale outside London, with a part-time 15-hour schedule; actual salary £9,026.56 gross per annum. Closing date 1 Oct 2026; Interviews 8 Oct 2026.

Job description

We are seeking to appoint, as early in the new academic year as possible, TWO highly motivated Individual Needs Assistants. These roles will be fixed term positions to 31st July 2027 as they are funding-dependent. They will involve supporting the learning and development of small groups and individual pupils.
