Job summary

Job description

We are seeking to appoint, as early in the new academic year as possible, TWO highly motivated Individual Needs Assistants. These roles will be fixed term positions to 31st July 2027 as they are funding-dependent.

The position will involve supporting the learning and development of small groups and individual pupils. We can offer you a friendly, supportive school with great opportunities for professional development.

We are a two‑form entry school, with 60 pupils in each year group, ranging from reception through to year 6. Our staff make a tremendous effort to get to know each pupil and provide them with the very best care. • contract: fixed term - until 31st July 2027
• hours: 15 hours per week, term time only, 9am to midday, monday to friday
• salary scale: Ark Support (outside London) Point 4; Full time salary £25,185 per annum
• actual salary: £9,026.56 per annum, gross.
