Job summary

Master Class Education in Littlehampton is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a part-time morning role in a mainstream primary school. The position offers term-time hours from 08:15 to 12:30, Monday to Friday, supporting pupils with learning and wellbeing.

You will work alongside the class teacher to provide one-to-one or small-group support, helping children develop confidence and positive learning behaviours, and contributing to an inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

Part-Time Morning Role | Mainstream Primary School | Littlehampton

We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Littlehampton on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for a morning-only role within a supportive school environment.

The Role

As an LSA, you will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing. You may provide one-to-one or small-group support, helping children to engage with their learning and build confidence and independence.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic about working with children. Previous experience in a school, nursery, childcare or support setting would be beneficial, although we would also consider candidates with transferable experience and the right attitude.
