Job summary

Master Class Education in Littlehampton is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a part-time morning role in a mainstream primary school. The position offers term-time hours from 08:15 to 12:30, Monday to Friday, supporting pupils with learning and wellbeing.

You will work alongside the class teacher to provide one-to-one or small-group support, helping children develop confidence and positive learning behaviours, and contributing to an inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school, nursery or childcare setting is beneficial.
• Transferable experience and the right attitude will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with classroom activities and learning.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required.
• Help children develop confidence and positive learning behaviours.
