We are looking to recruit an outstanding Teaching and Pupil Support Assistant to join our enthusiastic team. We seek individuals with a passion for working with complex but rewarding children in a learning environment. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals, taking responsibility for learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This may involve planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals or groups, monitoring pupils, and recording and reporting on their achievement, progress, and development. The successful candidates will demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning by adopting relevant strategies to support teachers and increase achievement for all pupils, including the consistent use of effective behaviour regulation strategies in line with the school's policies and procedures.

Vision for Education is seeking a patient and dedicated Teaching and Pupil Support Assistant to work in a popular school in Cornwall. This role involves working across all key stages with children who need extra support, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The position is long-term with potential to become permanent.
Salary depends on experience, training, and qualifications. The minimum requirements for this position are as listed above.
