LGPCD Pay Scale: 4, Point 7 (Range 7-8)
Actual Salary: From £18,573.00 to £18,869.00 (These figures include the holiday pay entitlement for someone with less than five years' continous service, as specified by the Essex County Council Modification Order).

Thriftwood is a well-respected, 'Outstanding' provision for pupils with moderate learning difficulties. Our students have a range of different needs, which may include difficulties with communication, social or physical skills and, because of this, they often need a little extra help to manage everyday activities.
At Thriftwood, we believe that learning is life-long and that it applies to everyone, including our staff. Prior experience of working in education isn't therefore necessary - our most important requirement is for someone with an open-minded, 'can-do' attitude, who is willing to learn in the role.
