Job summary

Ewell Castle School is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join either the Prep or Senior School teams in Ewell, Surrey. This role involves assisting pupils with learning needs, supporting access to the curriculum, and building confidence and independence.

Full training will be provided, no prior experience required, and you will work closely with teachers and specialists to support student development.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in working with children of varying ages and abilities
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, empathy, and understanding towards learners with diverse needs
• Ability to follow instructions carefully while being proactive in offering support
• Basic organisational skills to assist with classroom activities or resources
