Job summary

Ewell Castle School is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join Prep and Senior School teams in Ewell, Surrey. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

You will work with teachers and specialists to support pupils’ learning needs, assisting individuals or small groups and helping them access the curriculum with confidence. Role offers Part Time - Term Time plus some school holiday cover, with 2 positions available.

• Genuine interest in working with children of varying ages and abilities.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, empathy and understanding towards learners with diverse needs.
• Ability to follow instructions while being proactive in offering support.
• Basic organizational skills to assist with activities and resources.
