Windsor Forest Colleges Group in Berkshire is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Motor Vehicle Department at Berkshire College of Agriculture Maidenhead on a full-time, term-time basis.

The role involves supporting planning, delivery and assessment of learning activities, helping students achieve their goals, and developing English, mathematics and ICT skills while monitoring behaviour and maintaining records. Training will emphasise safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and flexibility to work across departments.
• Experience working with young adults, ideally in education.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Help students overcome barriers and support EHCP requirements.
• Assist with assignments, exam preparation and development of English, maths and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and support the use of specialist equipment.
