Job summary

Ford End Church of England Primary School is seeking a caring and dedicated practitioner to support the learning, development and well-being of all pupils, including those with SEND. This role also covers the Midday Assistant duties during lunch hours.

You will work with colleagues to create an inclusive, nurturing environment, adapting support to meet diverse needs and communicating clearly with pupils and staff throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Ability to plan effectively to manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with pupils and adults.
• Collaborative working with school staff.
