St Lawrence School, Horncastle, is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on supervising pupils at lunchtime, helping create a safe and positive environment during the school day.

Our pupils have a range of SEND, including autism and other needs; experience is helpful but the right attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Training will be provided for this term-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children or young people with SEND is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch, ensuring a safe, positive and enjoyable mealtime.
• Support individual pupils and assist with feeding and personal care or toileting where required.
• Respond calmly to behaviour and follow individual plans and school procedures.
