Job summary

Cotgrave Candleby Lane School is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to help keep lunchtimes safe, calm and enjoyable for all pupils. You’ll support pupils during lunch, monitor play and promote positive behaviour in a busy school environment.

The role offers an engaging, varied day with a strong team and opportunities to develop with the school. You will work closely with staff to ensure every pupil is cared for and supported during the school day.

• Can supervise and support students during lunch breaks.
• Is flexible and able to solve problems.
• Will promote healthy play and positive behaviour.

• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Helping to ensure lunchtime runs smoothly.
• Supporting pupils eating their dinner in the dinner hall.
• Supporting pupils playing outside.
• Ensuring that all pupils are cared for, looked after and kept safe.
