Job summary

Outwoods Edge Primary School, part of Bradgate Education Partnership, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant and Midday Supervisor on a fixed-term basis. The role involves supporting learning and wellbeing across the school, with key duties centred on pastoral support and targeted interventions.

The successful candidate will work closely with SENDCo and Behaviour Mentor, contribute to the classroom and lunchtime supervision, and help pupils develop resilience and social skills in a caring

Qualifications

• When applying, candidates should demonstrate willingness to support children's learning and wellbeing and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions on a one-to-one basis and within small groups.
• Provide emotional and social support to pupils to help regulate emotions and engage with learning.
• Work across the school including EYFS to build resilience and self-esteem.
