Learning Support Assistant - Dunstable

Educators Connected Recruitment are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school in Dunstable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, LSA or education professional who enjoys supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom
• Working alongside teachers to support learning and development
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
• Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils with their educational and pastoral needs
• Encouraging pupils to develop confidence and independence

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in a school or education setting is desirable
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children
• Relevant qualifications or experience as a TA, LSA or Teaching Assistant are desirable
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is advantageous

Pay: £115 per day
