Job summary

The Latimer Arts College seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support students who have additional needs. You will work with the SEN register across different lessons, providing calm, supportive assistance to help students succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience with students on the SEN register is desirable but not essential.

• Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours and attitudes to use of authority.

Responsibilities

• Support students on the SEN register within a variety of lessons.
• Maintain a calm, supportive environment and assist with classroom management as required.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver targeted support.
