Job summary

Fairfields School in Northampton invites applications for an LSA with Lifeguarding Responsibility. The post is a permanent role, 32.5 hours per week over 39 weeks per year, based at Trinity Avenue, NN2 6JN.

The salary ranges from £26,016 to £26,427 FTE, with pro-rata figures reflecting actual hours worked. We seek someone creative, reliable, resilient, patient, and calm; who can support pupils with SEND, help them become more independent, and communicate effectively.

About this Role

Fairfields School is a community day special school for pupils aged 3 to 11 years. The school meets the needs of pupils who have significant, severe, or profound learning difficulties and sensory impairments. Some of our children may have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. The school is situated in large well-maintained grounds close to the centre of Northampton. Work with us and you will be part of an ambitious team who want to make a real difference.

We are currently looking to appoint and LSA with Lifeguarding Responsibility to join our amazing staff team. Please see the attached job description for more information.

Salary Range: From £26016.00 - £26427.00FTE (Pro-rata £19655.74-£19966.26 Actual)
