Outcomes First Group’s Heath Farm School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop independence within a nurturing environment. You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals to provide structured support.
The role focuses on supporting individuals and groups in lessons, delivering targeted help in reading, spelling, numeracy, handwriting, and presentation, and fostering calm, inclusive classrooms.

Salary: £19,205.87 per annum (£13.25 per hour) (not pro rata)
Hours: 32.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

Heath Farm School is an independent specialist day school in Charing Heath, Kent, supporting children with SEMH needs and additional learning difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and attachment disorder.
