Job summary

Shropshire Council is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (Level 2) to support learners at Broseley C of E Primary School. The role is a temporary, term-time post with 28.75 hours per week at SCP 7 (£14.14 per hour). The successful candidate will work under the Headteacher and contribute to an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.

Visits to the school are encouraged, with DBS checks and safeguarding procedures in place. Starting date is November 2026 or sooner if possible.

Responsibilities

• Support learning activities and provide classroom assistance under the teacher's guidance.
• Assist with pupil supervision during lessons and breaks.
