Job summary

Hodnet Primary School on Shrewsbury Street, Hodnet, Market Drayton, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Learning Support team. The role is 30 hours per week, term time only plus one professional development day, and is a permanent position.

Salary is £26,824–£28,142 per annum pro rata (actual £18,482–£19,390). You will support pupils with specific needs in a classroom setting, provide interventions and assist in implementing education health and care plans.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to support learning and behaviour in primary pupils.
• Experience supporting pupils with specific needs and implementing education health and care plans.
• Able to work as part of a classroom learning support team.

Responsibilities
