Job summary

Rounds Green Primary School is seeking an exceptional Level 2 Learning Support Practitioner to join our team of Learning Support Assistants. The successful candidate will work in Year 4, providing additional support to a neurodiverse pupil, and helping to foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The post requires a passionate, collaborative educator with SEND experience, capable of working with medical needs, parents, and staff to support pupil development within a nurturing school

Qualifications

• Experience working with learners with SEND and medical needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support a neurodiverse pupil in Year 4, providing additional assistance as part of Learning Support team.
• Contribute to a nurturing, collaborative learning environment and maintain open communication with parents and colleagues.
