Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school, childcare, tutoring, coaching, or care settings.
• Positive, patient, and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• SEN experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assisting pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN.
• Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and confidence building.
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff.
