Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Hounslow. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, assist with SEN, and help foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment.

The role emphasizes a caring, patient, and nurturing approach, with opportunities for ongoing training, development, and potential long-term roles. Start ASAP; term-time hours with full-time status.

Formación

• Experience working with children in school, childcare, tutoring, coaching, or care settings.
• Positive, patient, and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
