Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a full-time, term-time-only role in a specialist SEN school.

You will provide classroom and one-to-one support to pupils with ASC, SLD, and medical needs, helping them access learning with personalised strategies. You will work with teachers and therapists, create a positive learning environment, and contribute to pupils' confidence and life skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or school settings preferred but not essential.
• Candidates should be patient, caring, reliable, and adaptable.
• Ability to build relationships with children and young people.
• Willing to obtain a Child Workforce DBS if required.

• Provide classroom and one-to-one support throughout the school day
