Job summary

Friars Primary School and Nursery in Shoeburyness invites applications for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA). You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, 32.5 hours per week, term time only, with a supportive team and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• Experience with children with specific learning needs and social/emotional learning behaviours.
• Ability to work as a flexible member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning activities and daily routines.
• Promote inclusive learning and high standards across the class.
• Adapt activities to meet individual needs and encourage independence.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and specialists to support pupils with SEN.
