We are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly and supportive school community.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in helping our children thrive. The position includes providing 1:1 support for an individual pupil, so experience of working closely with children with additional needs would be an advantage.

In this role, you will:

  • Show initiative, resilience and a willingness to go the extra mile for our children.
  • Take pride in your own professional development and be keen to learn and grow as part of our team.

We are looking for someone who is warm, positive and committed to making a real difference every day. In return, you will join a welcoming school where staff are valued, supported and encouraged to develop professionally.

The school reserves the right to close the listing at any time and shortlist earlier if strong candidates apply earlier in the process.

Holt Farm Junior School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects its entire staff to share this commitment. All postholders working in our schools will be considered to work in Regulated Activity and will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
