Job summary

Derby College Group (DCG) is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join our pathways team at our rural Broomfield Hall Campus. You will provide a range of support services in and outside the classroom to students with inclusion and support needs, helping them achieve and progress.

You may assist with personal care if required. If you’re positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll support you to develop specialist qualifications for supporting learners with difficulties or disabilities and

• Great communication skills and ability to build good working relationships.
• Willingness to learn new skills and use initiative to support students.
