Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong GCSE passes in English and mathematics (C/4 or above).
• Graduate with a good Honours Degree or other higher educational qualification; QTS or TA status desirable.
• Experience supporting learning and student progress.
• Interest in helping young people develop core academic skills and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching, learning and progress and development of independent learning skills.
• Support students with learning needs, including EHCPs and SEN School Support.
• Potential to supervise reading, literacy interventions, lunch duties and after-school activities.
