Job summary

A learning support assistant role in Ealing is available at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd to support pupils aged 16-19 with their academic progress, behaviour and personal development.

You will provide 1:1 and small group mentoring, help with behaviour, attendance and engagement, and work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and SENCO to monitor progress and build confidence for students.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, coaching, or similar).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with challenging or disengaged students.
  • Patient, resilient, and proactive.
  • Passionate about supporting young people to succeed.
  • Experience in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision.
  • Background in psychology, youth work, or education.
  • Behaviour management training.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic

Learning Support assistant to support pupils across 16 - 19 yrs old's with their academic progress, behaviour, and personal development.

You will play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and stay engaged in education.

Key Responsibilities
