Job summary

Hoop Education, a leading educational staffing agency, is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join schools in Pembrokeshire and surrounding areas. Roles include supporting teachers, providing one-on-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs, and helping to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide individualised support to students with additional learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources.
• Help with classroom organisation and maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Observe and record student progress to inform teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure effective teamwork.
